Mrs. Seymour’s experience includes telemarketing and retail sales while attending College in the United States and has worked in sales and customer service in the TCI and was the top sales agent for Caribbean Publishing and the TCI Yellow Pages.

Her other experiences include working as a Junior accountant for the country?s third largest accounting firm and as a Trust Associate in the second largest law firm in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

She is now a Broker of one of the largest real estate companies in the world.

He is also the owner of Paradise Solutions, a Development Planning and Architectural Consultancy operating in the Turks and Caicos Islands. He previously worked with the Turks and Caicos Islands Government for over twenty-five (25) years; seven (7) of those years as Director of Development Planning, where he has managed the period of the greatest explosion of infrastructure development in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Holly attended the H.J. Robinson High School where she graduated in 1999 being recognized at the most outstanding student in Business and numerous CXC passes with distinction.

A graduate of FMU in Florida obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Computer Programming. She was most grateful to have been able to work at Bell South Telecommunications (the worlds leading communications company). Holly has recently obtained a master's degree in Business Psychology receiving second class honors and is excited to no obtain her doctorates.

Earlene Roberts-Smith is a Property and Strata Manager. Prior to starting her own company in 2016, She was in Company Management/Incorporation. She also managed a 24-unit Townhouse complex on Providenciales for over 10 years and was Co-Director of another property management company until early last year. As a property manager, she is responsible for the guest’s arrival to, and departures from the condos, cleaning staff and condo maintenance. As a Strata manager, she has the responsibility of overseeing the contractors, cleaners, maintenance staff for multiple buildings. Earlene has spent over 20 years in the property management field, and she enjoys what she does. She is most excited when meeting guests. She earned her bachelor’s degree where she Majored in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing, from Bowie State University, in Bowie Maryland, USA. As a Real estate Agent, Earlene promises to work within the industry to make each client’s experience easy, stress free and enjoyable.
