In Marketing the property it is necessary to look at the property through the eyes of a prospective buyer and determine what needs to be cleaned, painted, repaired and tossed out. Your Sales Associate will make viewing appointments to show your property to prospective buyers. Interested buyers are required to complete and sign an “Offer to Purchase”, which outlines the offer price, terms and financing needed to complete the purchase.
